Apon going to Aarons rental to rent a big screen TV and a couch for my house we were informed if we don't like it we can return it and the money will go towards ANY instore credit at ANY Aarons store across America...
Well that was not at all the case not only did we get a TV that we couldn't watch because it was broken when it got here but after waiting for 6 weeks for our TV to be returned, Still hasn't come as of yet and it has been 8 weeks.
We found out they sold us a REPO tv not a new one and not only are we paying more for this REPO tv than a new one but they REFUSE to let us cancel our agreement and get a cheeper TV as it turns out you can't do that. You can only cancel your agreement and get your money credited on that same piece of equiptment IF they still have it.
Oh and our TV is actually a 24 month contract when the sales peron informed us that it was only a 12 month contract so thats how thry got not only me but alot of other people in our town..
A total crock of poopy if you ask me. I am now looking at filing agaist Aarons.
