While checking my card usage online, I saw a charge of $49.95 to thegrantmentor.com, which I had never even heard of. I attempted to log onto their site and saw a customer service number, which told me, of course, to call back tomorrow. I also clicked the "not a member? Click here" prompt - nothing happened at all.
After calling my card company and having the charge credited back to my account, I had to destroy my card... Now I'm waiting 5-7 days for my new card, which does not help me for my vacation which begins tomorrow.
Thanks, grantmentor.com... Please understand that I will be proactively involved in anything having to do with stopping you from inconveniencing the public in this manner and, should there be any sort of prosecution, I will be involved in seeing that any employee party to this will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
