I was looking to get my credit report for free, so I saw privacy matters.in the lil paragraph they have to attract customers, it said get all three credit reports for free. So I went ahead and got in, beleaving it was true.
When I got in, I found myself going through typing my whole personal information. After that it said it would needed to activate my acct so I gave them my debit card information, cuz it was a 1.00 charge. I agreed to it but they not only charged me once but twice.
When I tried loggin in with the member number I had printed out, that they had gaven me, after the credi card process. I tried a cuople of times an dit told me at first my member number didnt work. After a while it accepted my number, I would suggest because it started saying my password and user name didnt exist.
Later it started telling me that my user name or passsword were already being used by someone else. The last time it told me my member loggin was locked, and I would have to call the number provided to reset it. I did there was not an answer in any of the calls I did, it kept saying they were closed and their open bussiness hours that they were open. But I was calling at those hours.
I think that is very rude and cheap alot of us are trying to fix our problems, for people like them, making more for us.
