Sprint has dropped about half my calls from my house and in my car and has no common sense on how to deal with a customer. They call me at 7:30 am sometimes earlier and as late as 1:15 and I have the phone message to prove it still saved on my phone. They promised to knock a chunk of money off my bill and took off a small portion. Won't wave the early termination fee and have beeen with them for over 6 years! Told my I can have $75 off a new phone when I want A NEW PHONE COMPANY!!!
