Don't place an order... Unless you're willing to wait 3 months. Placed an order online 2/5. Shipping status unavailable online. Called and was told the product was back ordered but that I would receive them March 19th. No shipment, so I called March 30th and was told my order was "cancelled by management because the total was incorrect." I was never called, nor notified by email. I placed a phone order and was told, "We have the product; it is not back ordered. You will receive your order in about ten days." Checked online today, 4/14 and status is "back ordered." Called and was told they have over 21,000 orders and they do have the product BUT that based on their speed of shipping, I would not receive mine until 5/19. Cancelled. These people are disingenuous.
