I went to natural nails and spa in the Oviedo Marketplace for waxing and had been there before. The person who does the waxing is usually a rude aggressive b— and if you request that she be gentler in her waxing she gives you a hard time about it. I have issues with these salon workers out there—who seem to think that if customers request for more sensitive behavior such as not hitting them 10 times in a 5 minute period, that it's a huge problem for them as if they are doing rocket science here or being aggressive is a necessity for something as simple as waxing. I normally have qualms about coming back here, but since my experience in the past wasn't extremely horribly I was in the malll and decided to go. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, having to endure rude bullying treatment, and abusive behavior while performing the job. First off, she didn't take all the hair off int he location she was doing it, and I explained to her, there was a lot of stubble left. She kept lying claiming that was "hair holes" as if people are stupid and can't tell the difference between stubble and 'hair holes.' She was obviously attempting to try to lie in order to not do a decent job, or remove all of the hair. I asked her to remove one piece of hair from another area that was sticking out, and then she claimed that it was in a different area right above it and would have to charge 6 dollars to remove that tiny piece of hair. She then waxed another area, and I asked if the wax could be cooler since it was pretty hot and she ignored me. She also got upset because I asked her to shut the door, and was like "oh geeez" as if that was a huge problem for her to do. The whole time she kept hitting me while waxing.in various spots, which was unnecessary to do. Waxing is one thing but you don't have to keep hitting different parts of a person in order to do a waxing job.in anger, she also then aggressively then pulled the wax strip off me really hard... Not because she was waxing but because this witch was taking her frustration out on her paying client while waxing that person. At that point, I had had enough and walked up and told her not to touch me or come near me, and paid for the treatment and left. I paid only to not create havoc or trouble because I know if I said I wasn't going to pay for it, I would probably end up being yelled at or mistreated. All the hair wasn't removed in the treatment, and there was still a good amount left. I would advise for people to stay away from tehse people, only because they are abusive towards clients, and they simply just don't care how they treat others and will treat them in a very negative and terrible way and even while waxing which is a dangerous thing— pulling a strip off extremely hard in anger is just really messed up in my opinion, and no salon should be allowed to do this to a customer. While I was walking out she was then arguing with her fellow employee about the situation or she was pissed about it, for reasons I don't understand. This place has no right treating people in this way, and I hope they don't get away with this kind of sick and stupid behavior towards people who go there just to get a simple thing done.
