I contracted with Shirleys Hair Salon for Great Lengths hair extensions. After several incidences of hair breakage due to break down of the glue from my hair products, and visits back to shirley’s salon I realized I had been duped. I called another salon that specializes in great lengths. After being seen by the owner I was informed that the extensions she put into my hair was not Great Lengths. My primary reason for using great lengths is because welding, waxing, gluing, or knotting strain and damage the hair to a high degree. Great lengths is based on a much more gentle approach: modulating.in addition oils, and other products do not break down the polymer. When I contacted the owner for restitution, she hung up on me.
