I purchased a satellite receiver, satellite dish & satellite finder from cable jokers. Everything came except the dish. I emailed them a couple of times with the two different addresses they gave me asking where is my dish, they replied I'm sorry about that, we will send it.

When the dish arrived it was damaged & missing parts. I filled out a damage report with UPS & sent it back. I heard nothing for a long time. So I tried again to contact them with the email addresses they gave me, they came back non addressable. Thats when I realized I had been scammed.

I called Cablejokers' 800# and asked them about the status of my dish, and the person "Joe"told me that UPS declined to cover the cost due to the insufficient packaging. Joe and his company said they decided to give me a partial refund and not a new dish.

I told him I was not happy with this and he said really he was the one who should be angry, because he was stuck with the dish & he was out of some shipping costs.

I emailed directly to cable jokers & explained to them what had occurred & how I was treated, then I called the 800# again this time "joe" he was very angry telling me his boss had chewed him out for 20mins. He began cursing at me & then said I bought it from one of there affiliates & that I was a liar & I did not buy it from Cablejokers. If I bought it from one of there affiliates it was never disclosed to me.

I emailed cable jokers a couple more times asking them to send me a new dish, they would not. They told me the matter is closed, and, denied that they ever sold the dish to me and that I should contact the business I bought it from. They also told me to stop harassing them & their employees or they will seek legal action & the matter is closed & my business is no longer welcome. I never received the refund they promised me.
