Ladco Ripoff, fraudulent billing

I was rented Ladco's credit card and cheque machine. I sold my business and transfered all accounts related to Ladco to the new owner with Ladco's
approval.

New owner later returned the machines to Ladco because she realize that they are overcharging. These machines is not in my name now, but Ladco is demanding money for the machine even they got the machine and they send for collection $ 2708.24. This shows my credit report also as collection.

Now i got a collection letter from CDRS.inc. Demanding $ 2708.24 within 10 days towards Ladco leasing account. Mr. Paul Chase from CDRS is the person signed this letter. He is very rude and using nasty language also when he called me and my wife.

I never heard like this even they got there merchandise still i owe money!
