Well, well... I see he's back at it again. This person's name is JARRETT HOWARD PRATT. Look that name up on the internet and you'll find some REAL INTERESTING stuff.
These aren't the only names involved here. AARON ROSENBERG, JAMES (I can't remember the last name) Go to grandstudiosinc.com / — as this is where the entire dirty little scam begins. JAMES owns this company and this is where the boys learned their little tricks!
Aaron and Jarret Howard Pratt NOT JP Howard— recently moved to Memphis, TN to start over. I know this through Aaron Rosenberg's Myspace AND JARRET HOWARD PRATT called me on the phone a few months ago and had the balls to ask me to come back to work for him.
Offered me 100.00 per account. Told me how he was now married, had a baby, was now a Christian, he learned that crap from James too. It's all a HUGE LIE. Of course I told him it would be ridiculous for me to go back to work for him.
He said he had gone into rehab and was now on the right track, said he was overwhelmed, that he was selling appointments, paid in advance, in blocks, in otherwords, he was charging so much per 10 appointments etc...
I told him I would like to speak to the people he's working with to see what the realities are, he said he wouldn't let me do that because he was afraid I would ruin his business. I couldn't believe he called me in the first place.
I KNEW this was going to happen. Jarrett howard pratt has family in arkansas. Cindy Pratt is his step mother's name and I believe she's listed. There are plenty of daycare centers who have been affected by these jerks, it's not just in one place or another. I believe JARRETT HOWARD PRATT's mother lives in Florida as well.

This thing that you are describing is a usual thing for these people. I made ALL of them alot of money! They all left people screwed, from contractors to clients. I've spent more than a year taking calls from many of their clients. I STILL hear from people in Arkansas, where I met up with Jarrett.
I hear from people all over Virginia, where Grand Studios is physically located out of James home. I've seen these people fly contractors all over the country on their dime, with promise to repay them as expenses and NEVER pay them! This is alot deeper than you will ever know!
The jump ship and set up in other places once they've been discovered. Jarrett still owes me 750.00— When I met up with James and Aaron, they told me I should consider myself fortunate as Jarrett left many photographers, sales contractors, even labs owing them thousands! THEN THEY ALL SET UP TOGETHER AGAIN!
When I was setting up accounts I was calling coast to coast! This could be a magnificent business, I simply DO NOT understand screwing people out of money and jumping ship! Why not just care for your contractors and BUILD a business!!!
I have all sorts of reliable people calling me now to assist them in setting up this sort of business, but these JERKS have touched literally every state in the union! Contractors don't feel safe, photographers don't feels safe, and certainly clients don't feel safe.
I have a list of HUNDREDS of daycare centers who have been affected from coast to coast— Not to mention people like us who were literally the front line of their business making then hundreds of thousands of dollars. I'm not kidding, believe me, there is alot of money at stake here!
Photographers, sales, appointment setters ANYONE should watch what they're doing with this company! Most importantly there should be some sort of document sent to every attorney general all over the country. They may stop here, but they will go on somewhere else.
JARRETT can't even get a bank account with Bank Of America for 2 years because he left them owing them as well!
If you've made appointments for these people recently, you should call every single one of these accounts and cancel them for their own good. ANYONE who has ever worked for these people will eventually get caught up in a disaster.
I called a city in Arkansas, I believe it was Fayetteville to find out the origination of United Portrait Studios when I found that and KNEW it was Jarrett Pratt. Found from the city it was an empty building and the phone number associated never answered the phone.
I sent an e mail to the e mail address and was told that he "wasn't a chump like the other guys" and that I'd better back off. It was Jarrett.
I cannot BELIEVE that these people are still managing this scam and getting by with it. They lay low, they don't provide addresses where they can be found and they set up from state to state until they're caught.
I can't believe this idiot is bothering to respond to these things. His IP address should be traced and the FBI should arrest them for MASSIVE fraud! But it never happens, they just continue to mess over more and more people.
I'm sorry that the two of you have been messed over. That Austrailia address is hilarious. Must be a new trick James taught these kids. They are only about 28 years old. James is much older and has taugh them everything they know.
They prey on people who want to work from home or NEED to work from home. They may pay 2 or 3 times, MAYBE, but then they stop. THAT is a picture of Jarrett Howard Pratt and his teacher.
There is more compromising information on the internet as well with Jarrett's name attached to it. Sure, they need to be stopped, but I don't see it happening anytime soon. I too have files that I've kept from Jarrett, Aaron and James.
I don't know what kind of work you were doing for them, I was scheduling Vintage Photography for Daycare centers. Parents who were barely making it having to come up with hundred of dollars for portraits that cost these pigs 9 cents a sheet.
I can't stand it. Whatever the case, stay away from these people. If you see them listed on craig's list or anywhere else, flag them so that their info will come off. The fewer people they have access to, the better. They are ALL walking nightmares.
