Jarrett Ford in Dade City Florida have non qualified mechanics performing repairs that are not necessary and in my case causing more damage. Ford Motor Company was called several times, they do not care if I'm not a satisfied customer. I had taken my F350 in for hard start when hot. Was told that the Unison ring in the Turbo needed to replaced. Trusting their qualifications, I authorized repairs. Got the vehicle home, same problem and the mechanic refused to look at it after I was asked to bring it back. So after spending $1,200.00 at Jarrett, I went to a dealer that had Certified Diesel Mechanics. Finding unplugged sensors and my Turbo need to be replaced. Another $2,2200! Don't buy Ford, or do business with this dealer!
