After placing a "dispute", you get treated like a hot potato... No body know nothing!

Ok. Here i go... After five years of dealing with sprint is a costumer, recently i received 2 letters in two different times, telling me that because i had agreed to received 10% off on my monthly bill i was under another 2 year contract! Know people... After five years of making no "changes on my account" exacly because i did not wanted to be under another 2 year contract with sprint... Do you think a person on their right mind will sign up for something that little? I never sign that i agree with it... I never agree on the phone about any 10% discount, but yet i was being put under another 2 year contract just because they wanted to...

So i call to talk with a superviser (this happen on two different times) and they apologized to me in the two different times and reasure me that i was "not under contract with them any longer" and told me that they was making notes on my account about this "mistake"... So, recently i decided to change my wireles service to anothe company and i was ask for my account number with sprint, and i inmediatelly call them from the store first of all i said "i need my account number because i'm changing my wireless service with another company, them said... I know i'm not under contract but due to past mistakes from you guys i want you to reasure me that i'm not under contract... So she said "no, you are not under contract and this is your account number, and gave it to me... So i ask, what is my remaining balance with sprint? She said 119.00 dollars but you still have until the end of the month to pay... And that was it, i changed my service.

So little that i know in the following days i was going to call sprint to make my final payment to them and to my sorprise, my balance was not 119.00 dollars... It was 502.00 FOR EARLY TERMINATION! Guys sense that day i being dealing with this situation, they have treated me like a hot potato... Transfering me from person to person and no body can get me an anwser... Finaly they put me on a "dispute" and is the same results... No body can tell me nothing, no body call me like they said with the results of the dispute... Wich i know that the result are that i'm not paying sprint 502.00 dollars, just because they cannot play back to me the recording that they made of my conversation with that costumer service representative on may 25, when she reasure me that i was contract free with sprint... That is all they have to look for!!!

I'm very angry, to the point that is affecting me on my mental health, this is a stress that this people have caused me! I though of calling the tv news 7 on your side here in virginia... I feel helpless, can somebody give me any advise? I'm going to see the doctor, this betrayal from this company (if we can call them that) that i trusted for 5 years... At the end, it was just a rip off name..."sprint"
