Where to start with this... Ok I am renting a NEW computer and the keyboard sticks at times so I take it back to them and they swap me for some already used slobbered upon keyboard that works a little better. Then the XBOX 360 silver I am renting, sign in store says $8.00 week little does it say with a TV add on, well I needed a newer TV anyway so I say ok add an Xbox on it, so Mike the manager does, after a day or 2 I notice the Xbox is really warm, so I take it back and again just swaps me out with a different unit, this one I have now the CD tray doesnt open right... And well the TV is nice but it would be better if I had the actual remote control that goes to it, see I learned to check the internet 1st to find out what comes with it, so I ask about the remote and again Mike the manager says "I guess we can order you one" meanwhile as his eyes are rolling into the back of his head... Oh yea the Xbox is missing the head set, ethernet wires, and a HDTV cable, Im going down now to see if I get s*t again, because I would like to have all my equipment that Im supposed to get, so I'll give u an update when I get home, also while writing this I have been on hold for 25 minutes with the customer service in Plano Texas, and all I want is a manager above the store manager to call me back, well guess what now I got a recording to leave my name and number... This company needs to be taken down like an Iraqi soldier.
