They say they rent, but they dont, and don't answer phone

I purchased a timeshare in Orlando from Westgate. Sometime later they called me talking about companies like Global Resort Marketng, who sell advertizing for renting or selling my timeshare; actually they gave me 3 companies name... Someone would call me... Global did.

I paid Global Resort Marketing around $690 for a lifetime advertizing service (to rent my unit) with some 'guarantee' Basically, when you request the service, you're lumped in with hundereds of other listings on a website, all overpriced. Noone returns phone calls. Its like they have staff purely to deal with complaints and tell stories about hard they're working, but noone is actually 'on te job' in advertizing your property. There is nowhere near a result forthcoming.

I do NOT recommend you advertizing your unused timeshare to rent with this company. At this time, almost 6 months later, I think I lost my money!
