My letter to them,
to whom;
I was e-mailed that my phone needed an upgrade. I called and was put on hold for 20 min's. I then talked to PAULA and asked what I need to do? She was going to send me a phone and needed information.
She mad some general comment and she started to give me numbers. When we got done I had no time on my phone. I asked why don't I have time and she said it will come with my phone" 3-6 day wait". I said I needed a phone
now and I wasn't told that my time would be gone on my phone and making it usless!!! This took about 20 min's more. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was put on hold again for 6 min's.
Her superisor came on CHONA and I informed her of the problem telling her I needed a phone and wanted my time back on this phone. She gave me more numbers and put me
on hold several times. When she got back to me, she informed me that there were only going to put X amount of time back on " 20-25 min's less then I had. This all took about 28 min's.
I asked to speak to her supervisor, and was put on hold twice more and finally said to her I need the time and would take the time she offered and file a complaint
with Wis. Protection agny. She told me to hold on so I was waiting on the phone for another 8 min's and asked her how long this was going to take as I had already been on the phone for over an hour. She said she
was woking on it. I told her she had 2 more min's to get it done or I was hang up and she would have to mail it to my new address and I would turn it in to the protection agany. She said nothing and continued to
type when it go to be 30 second's I informed her and when that time came I hung up.
Now question is: What are you going to do to make this
right? Rather then trying to short me of a little time, for all the time and trouble I went threw you should have added time!!! I am also losing time on my contract and that should be extended a little, for the none use
of my phone. Also I have 3 battery pack's and phone case plus extra's that won't be good anymore. I think one extra battery and a phone case is in order.
I am turly not happy with the way this has turned out. I have been a loyal customer for many year, and be be treated like this is not acceptable.
Please let me know what you plan to do about this.
I have contcted them several times since this letter, and they have yet to respond! And i have yet to receive the promised phone with my time.
FURTHER MORE; I asked them to provide me with the 1 year billing of phone usage.
They have yet to answer anything!
