Black Noir Magazine, BN Magazine, Flo Anthony, Dottie Media Group have RIP OFF individuals and companies in the amount of over $100,000 for ADs fro a Magazine knowingly she did not have funds to publish

BN Magazine/Dottie Media Group LLC and other individuals and companies in the amount of over $100,000 knowingly she did not have funds to publish any magazine. The Black Noir Magazine January 17 was never published. This was a Rip-off to the Individuals and companies that paid over $100,000 for advertising that was not published. All party that was rip-off should look at Class Action Suit against All of the above names that was committed this fraud.

Individuals and companies paid Florence Anthony, Dottie Media Group LLC and Black Noir Magazine for advertising in the January 17 and March Black Noir Magazine that was never published. This is fraud the State Attorney General should look into Florence Anthony and company advertising fraud rip-off.

Flo Anthony is a dead beat beware make sure before you paid her for any ad is that your ad is published and the magazine is on the news stand FIRST.
