I had found this company, Discount Direct Mkg, to find a suitable home within a month. I needed to find a property quickly and was told you can purchase these homes for over have the price with no deposit and no credit check. The first time I went on the site I found nothing within my zip code but then theres millions, an entire street is listed as in forclosure. I did a curb walk on four properties, they do not exsist.
They claim a full refund after 90 days; I have been trying to get my money back the day they took it. They do not answer any letters, you send emails, you do not get an answer, regardless of what you write, the response is the same automated reply - go to this link.
This company is a ripoff and I cannot understand how they can get away with it. You would think there would be some kind of protection for the consumer against these so called companies if anything some body to close them down. Its just obtaining money by deception and fraud. Do not even think about dealing with this so called company... They are a ripoff.
