I received an acceptance certificate that I was approved for a Capital Credit Gold Card with a $15,000 credit limit and all I needed to send for my card was a $37 membership fee or a $44 rush processing membership fee. It also stated that the approval is fully enforceable under the laws of New Mexico. I sent in my check and my certificate and I did not here anything from the company so i decided to look into the internet to see if there was someway I could get ahold of the company and I ran into this page that it was a scam. I have not called my bank yet, but I am getting ready to. I have copies of my check the certificate and the address of the so called company and i am willing to help in any way I can on my report.
