Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business

This company call me and offer a credit card for 2,500 to 5,000 credit limit guarranty they went and got my account bank information and took out from my account this total amount $59.95 proccessing fee, $99.95 annual fee, plus initial 29.95, well is been over month and half that i dont hear from them, then i call to tell them to give my money back cause sound to me rip off, the person who answer the phone told well u have 90 days to try and is nothing to try in this company i sdaid the guy insist to wait but never hear nothing and never receive that famous credit card they offer, please i jus t want my money back, but seems that at the time i call they refuse, please help me to fix this problem and we need to make sure we no deal with this kind of company that they rip off a lot of people like me
