Capital First Benefits
Ripoff fraudulent claim unauthorized ACH withdrawal deception FL

CapitalFirst Benefits is a fraudulent company that offers a "pay as you go" credit card to victims. I was told by the representive that the only cost I would incur would be a $19.95 shipping and handling charge for the package containing the information on how to activate the card. I was never told there would be other fees taken from my account.

But that is exactly what happened. I finally received my "package" on May 17th. There was no information in the "package" about a credit card.instead, there were countless offers of "savings" on all sorts of products and services by being a member of some kind of consumer club. The letter gave me 7 days to cancel the program. I called on May 17,20, 21, and 22. I left message after message for a representative to call me back. None ever did. I actually got through on the 20th, but was told my name was not even in their system. When I spoke with a rep on the 22nd, I was told that the program would be cancelled and no money for this club would be taken out of my account.

Later in the day on the 22nd, imagine my surprise when I found that CapitalFirst did indeed withdraw these funds from my account. I am out almost $200 because of these lying, cheating slimeballs. I can't find a listing for a parent company, there is no listing in Miami for CapitalFirst, and there is no way to contact them through their website.

Consumers BEWARE - this is a bad news company!
