Paid $1,800 for guaranteed resume marketing services for Ostrawe & Associates. The employees were extremely helpful at first and responsive. After finalizing a target list and finishing the resume, I was sent a copy of my resume that had errors in it. I called and emailed multiple times to report the errors and discuss them. I received no return email or calls. Today, I tried to contact them for about the 10th time and went to their website to determine the owner's name. The phone numbers have been disconnected and the web site is down. I am assuming the company has gone under, but just in case, wanted others to be aware. I am completely out $1,800.00.
