We called banksafes number on feb. 19 to find out what the info. Was that my sister had laying on her dresser.
We informed them that my sister had died on feb. 18 and did not need there services they debited her acct for $395.00 on feb. 20. We finally got them on the phone and was told to file a refund paper that they sent use we have done that.
I have spoke with John Banks and Tom Gill and was told my brother in laws refund would be sent out to him by June 4th.
Still have not recieved it and cannot reach them by phone or no response from faxing them. These people are big time ripoffs
