Refuses too send replacements for damaged items i paid for. Ripoff GREENSVILLE

I ordered several items from www.bmgmusic.com and have been cheated and treated like dirt! I recieved a Billy Gilman CD that wouldnt play I paid for the return of it and They wont send a replacement, Also I bought and paid for a Christy Lane CD for my sister and she never recieved it and they wont send a replacement or send me a refund in cash.

I am so tired of companies cheating people like this. Here is a list of how repeat of a customer I have been!

I returned my billy gilman and my sister never even recieved the christy lane cd i ordered and paid for. They say they sent it ups which is funny because all the things i recieved they come thru the united states postal service not ups
