Office has been shut down ripoff

I went to go check in at my LA Weightloss Center and it has been sealed by a government agency. I have be hearing rumors about lawsuits. I prepaid for all of my products so they have hundreds of dollars of my money. I have several friends that have money invested also. Does anyone know what is going on.
