That is what is stated on my credit card statement. I foolishly signed up for a year subscription, which stated they would charge $1.99 a month, not that you have to pay upfont $23.88 for all 12 months. There was a picture of my phone on their website, which meant it was compatible.
WRONG. When I recieved the "ringtone" in a text message, it said i had a picture message, so I tried to go to their website on my phone and download it, and when I tired to do that, it said the website didn't exist! I sent about 3 emails asking for a refund and I recieved a message from "Abigail" saying to get a usb cord. Well correct me if i'm wrong but I wasn't aware that I need to go out and buy a usb cord. I thought it would be simple and easy.
Well apperently, these ringtones don't work for anyone. These people are getting away with stealing people's money. We need to make a petition or something. These people are flat out thieves and we need to make sure they get what they deserve. Anyone have any ideas? I know i'm not supposed to do this but Email me with your insight.
