I ordered custom made jeans from an online company called mejeans March 16. On March 18th I received notice they had processed my credit card payment and I would receive my jeans in about 4 weeks. I was told I would receive frequent emails as to where my jeans were in the manufacturing process. I have not heard anything since then.
It is now June 6, I have sent numerous e-mails and have never received a reply. Its as if the company does not even exist. I realize now that although the web site is quite elaborate with styles you can choose from there is no physical address or phone number listed. There really is no way to contact them.
I plan to register a consumer complaint with the Illinois Attorney General. I can't believe they have been doing this since 2005 and still are on line and taking money that they have no intention of delivering
