I placed an order and sent payment for Free Spirit Jeans in November. They managed to charge my credit card for the jeans but haven't been able to get around to sending the jeans.
I've sent e-mails to them at various intervals and always get the same old story, "they're really backed up but the jeans will be sent as soon as they get to my order".
I've been advised by the company to request a refund if I don't want to wait for these really "great" jeans but from what I've seen online, the customers that've requested the refunds are in the same boat, stiffed.
Isn't there a law against using the internet to conduct fraudulent businesses?
