I ordered back in November. Shortly after, I received an email telling me production was delayed until after the first of the year. Around March, after numerous unanswered emails, I sent one final note stating that I was referring the matter to the Attorney General's office. That got me a phone call from PJ Benoit (don't ask me for a phone number - I didn't get one), where he explained all sorts of production problems, but insisted they'd been fixed and managed to get me a pair of jeans within about ten days.
Unfortunately, they didn't fit well. I should have kept them, but he said, via email, that if I sent them back, they'd fix them. That was months ago and now I'm back to no response, no refund and no jeans. On June 1, I got a broadcast email entitled, "Long Overdue Letter From Our CEO, " which included a list of the same excuses/stories I got back in March, when PJ insisted all production problems had been fixed.
Don't spend your money with this company. If you already have spent money, I encourage you to use the Illinois online system for filing a consumer complaint with the Attorney General.
