They are linked with the government, the courts, and the State, and are ripping people off non stop, for the longest time that I can remember. I was recently given a citation from a police officer, and the citation totaled about $300, which I took care of in full, and hand delivered to the courthouse. I then recently got a letter from this "GC Services, " noting that I was delinquent (which I was not), and that I owed another $300 dollars in collection fee's. When I called to inquire about this collection, I was told that I needed to pay it regardless, and there was nothing they can do about it, whether I had paid the ticket or not. I want to know what I am charged for, and WHY so much? It is inhumane and UNFAIR to steal money like this, and call it "Collections." Why are the penalties so high and enforced so aggressively, with strong arm tactics: Suspension of Drivers License, double to quadruple the fee (min $300-1200, Which could've only been a $5 citiation... Turns into a $300 collection fee.) and I personally think they are abusing the system, and the people! I am not the only person that has been robbed by this so called "GC Services." It is affecting and hurting the common interests in people, and "GC Services" has no exceptions, whether you were at vacation, or had an emergency, or ANY reason. It is not right, and needs to be stopped immediately. People don't make millions of dollars to be paying court fee's, and then forceful collections fee's. I never intended not to pay my citation, and I am still getting penalized for something I didn't do. Why are they taking advantage of their rights working with the government and ruining people's lives? I've already lost my car, and lost all my money because of unwise and untimely incidents and events, including "GC Services." $300 collection fee...??? Similiar to blood money, people work hard and break their back to put it in some arrogant assholes pocket, calling it "collections" HELP ME DESTROY THIS COMPANY!!!
