First of all services were started in june, then the next day they started working on my tooth, made an apt for the rest of the root canal when i arrive at the office they said i didn'y have an apt i said if i didn't have an apt then why do i have an apt card. They argued and said they would fit me in. They started the root canal and said it's not medacated enough we will have to reschuled. They only stared to work on it for about 3 min.
It was a totally different dr. Then they made another apt and on that day i called in to say i was gonna be 5 min. Late the recepionst said we called you to let you know we have to reschuled your apt. The number they said they dialed wss the wrong number. So there goes another apt. So now here i am 3 mos. Later after i complaint aug. 7 finially finshed the root canal and i am awaiting for the impression for my crown on aug 14 then on aug 29 the diliverly of the crown.
Meanwhile i hope i don't loose my tooth because i don't think my plan covers inplants thats the only other option i would except, well my beef is this on top of that they charge my card the max of 1,000 and the services comes out to only 350.00 at the most i ask for a return of the credit within 48 hrs and no response. I feel i should not have to pay for these services that i didn't recieve yet and the quality sucks so should not have to pay on the amount owe. Live up to your special rule quted.
