AMR LD Charged $48.79 for nothing, and was never authorized consumer rip-off fraud

I noticed a $48.79 bill in my checking account, and found it had been going on for a couple months now. I never authorized this, and my bank says it is EFT from my Visa check card.
I don't know how they got my information, and I certainly do not get any services from this company.
