I have dealt with this problem twice now. TWX has fraudulently charged my credit card over $100 total, over 8 months, for magazines I did not subscribe to. Each time, I have called the number provided above, and have been told that a refund would be in my account within 2 billing cycles, and that it would not happen again.
While that has been proven to be untrue, the number provided will eventually get you to someone who can get you your money back. Please call them, put up with the automated voice, press -0- and get your money back! It is worth the 10 minutes you will be on hold.
