I ordered 5 magazine subscription and paid for them with my mother-in-law's credit card. I was EXCEEDINGLY clear when I ordered the magazine that I needed them to be shipped to a different name and address from the billing name and address. I have never received even 1 copy of ANY of the magazines and this has been going on for MONTHS.

I have email, I have called and have had no luck so far whatsoever with receiving any of the magazines to my name and address. I requested the magazine be extended to give me the entire subscription amount (since I have missed almost a full year at this point) and that was "taken under review" I was told. Which, of course means I am wasting my time hoping that will ever happen.

This has been the most frustrating, annoying time-wasting thing I have ever had to deal with. I hope never to deal with this company for any magazines in the future. Be warned!
