Wirefly cellphone rebate cingular cellphone motorola c139 sent in rebate 2/22 bought phone in november ripoff

I have called 866-607-9877 several times to check the status of the rebate
also went on line, all they can tell me is Received, submission is being processed. I waited the 90 days required after purchasing yhe phone as noted on document for rebate. Phone was purchases November I sent in the rebate in February and cannot receive my $15.00 rebate I am tired of calling.
