Ordered 2 new cell phones in the Family-Plan from Wirefly.com thru Cingular Wireless with the aggreement of a $200.00 rebate for customer loyalty mail-in rebate. The period of 180 days to 210 days had to pass before mail-in rebate could be processed.
At that time all the documents required had to be sent to address stated in the package included with cell phone.
The requirements were all met and now after more than a year after activation of cell phone plan at Cingular Wireless I have been notified my "RECENT" mail-in rebate application is invalid.
The word 'recent' alone is deceptive in their follow-up; furthermore I do not believe this company or companies ever planed to pay the rebates offered, after following the instructions to the letter on all my rebates in this matter.
