We bought a Plazma Tv, with HD. Because of the large amount to upgrade with the Company we was already with, we changed to Direct Tv, by going through Direct Star Tv.included in the package I bought, an added bonus
of a DVR player. After filling out all the information and mailing it in AFTER the
first payment to Direct Tv, in April I anticipated receiving my player with in the
expected 4-6 weeks. However it is now June 2. And no DVR. I've called twice,
told to wait another few days to another week. Also e-mailed the company to which they have not responded. I told them I would contact someone who
will resolve this problem. All I want is my DVR player which was promised me.
Not Just another two year contract to be tied too.
