I was referred to Consumer Credit Services by someone who received all of their forms and was able to file a successful bankruptcy petition. When I first called Greg, he called and emailed me promptly, at times there was only a half an hour between me sending him an email and his response. I did all that he asked and sent him the $195 also. Greg did send me my debt form, but that was as far as it went. I have sent dozens of emails and made as many phone calls to this company, to no avail. The only responses that I got from them were that I had a lot of debt. Well, duh? I did receive an email that stated they (his associates) thought that he had sent me all my forms, but I did have a lot of debt you know... But they would make sure that by that night, I would have all the paperwork. Didn't happen. So, hear I sit. I tried calling again tonight and the phone number is disconnected. Surprise! I don't have $195 to pay bills, but I have enough to donate to this company? I'm outraged. I only went with them because he was referred to me and I couldn't afford to hire an attorney to do my bankruptcy. Now I guess I have to. I am so lost and I don't know where to go from here.
