Paid $50 to activate service with this company. They said it would be ready in 5 days. I contacted them 3 days after it was supposed to be activated but wasn't. The representative told me that because of the current company I had my phone service with my account would not be able to be transfered. He also told me that I would get a complete refund. I signed the contract since the 3rd of May. I called approx. The 14th of May. And since than they still won't tell me when I'm getting my money back.
