D What Customer Service?

I haven't even actually got to use this card. I haven't been able to activate it. I am supposed to get my pay from work today and they supposedly had the wrong SS# on file for me. I went ahead and resent the exact same paperwork that was sent before to them. They advised me to wait one hour to see if my card could be activated. After two hours I called back to the automated system to activate the card and my number was invalid. I spoke to a representative who told me that I was giving him the wrong SS#. I again told him that I had sent him the info, called and verified the fax went through and that my correct SS# should have been inputed. I also tried to explain to him that I called initially to tell him my card number was no longer valid. He argued with me about me giving him the wrong number and transfered me back to the automated system? What kind of customer service is that! I haven't even used the card and am already having so many problems. Is this normal???
