My last phone bill arrived with a $13.73 charge from ILD Teleservices, Inc. I NEVER asked for or ordered and services from this company. It is unlawful for a company to add any kind of charges to a person's phone bill without permission. Getting rich by taking money from people a little at a time for nothing in return is robbery.
