Ripoff A year gone by, No delivery

I Ordered Bernhardt Upholstery thru DircetBuy of Sunnyvale Tx on May 20th of and was told that it will take 6 to 8 weeks for them to deliver. To date May 28th I am still waiting for the Furnitures. I've made numerous attempts to get a resolve, but they keep giving me the run around. They have giving me several, almost silly reasons why I have not recieved the furniture. Back in October, after I called to check on the status of the furniture, they told me that they didn't have enough material for the Upholstery, we went in and paid additional $400. Next excuss was there was a mix-up in the paper work. Next was Bernhardt was going thru Employee changes and so forth, and so forth..

I paid well over $8000.00 for this furniture and around $5000.00 to belong to this DirectBuy club. They promised a lot of savings to members and things of that nature. If I had invested that honey, I'm sure I would have made a lot of it.

I Would like for potential, or people considering to join the club to think twice before they join.
