I was in walmart a month or so ago and bought a 60 day game card for a online game world of warcraft. They had only one left so i grabed it without even looking at it. I payed the thirty dollars for it and left.
When i got home i opened the case to find it was empty exept the catalog that comes with it and all products from that company. The game card hed been removed ethier at the the store or someone had bought it removed the card and returned it without the card.
So i went back to the store the same day with my reciept and told the lady
there what happend but she would not give me money back i argued with her for about a half hour before she called the person in charge of the electronics department who i argued with for another half hour befor the manager arrived.
He told me he would not give me my money back because he thought i took the card and just wanted the money back to buy another one or to rip them off something i would never do i tried to explain thats not what i was doin.
They even called the police and again another half hour of explaining what was goin on before the officer told the manager to give me my money back that this has happened before and its the stores fault for taking them back without looking inside first. So after three and a half hours i got my money back but was upset over the hole ordeal.
This type of thing has happened to me more than once now and always at the same store its never happened to me at any other walmart
