I am very upset, to say the least. I like Facebook and really had not had any problems until now. However, I like to play some of the games they offer. The one in question is Zgna Treasure Isle. I ran out of credits and bought an 18.00 package. I played them off, then was checking out the other packages. I clicked on one to see what it offered, and I found out that they store your information and it purchased 180.00 off my card. I did not even confirm it. I just closed the page in shock!
I thought, no way did what I thought just happen, so I went back to my game and saw there were 1400 credits on my game. Immediately I looked up Zgna's number and called the 1-800 number. I waited half an hour to get a real person. She was very pleasant and told me I would have to email Facebook, even though it shows they are the owners of the game. I was a bit confused, but after I explained what happened, she told me they would more than likely understand and reimburse me, and not to worry too much, so I did.
