Like a several year person in BBB, I sensed they secured the customer and were a picture I needed to become related to. I submitted a problem against another associate and was informed that so long as associate answered written down, the issue was resolved. The reaction of another associate was "exactly what a whinner I had been" and "I was no further welcome within their shop".
I had been provided no option, and experienced if this is actually the method grievances are managed, I'd no further be considered a participant. This abandon the customer without any safety against violations by company until (like me) the company goes to some qualified business having a signal of integrity or is certified from the condition.
