Time Warner falsly advertised a roadrunner promotion. After we rcv'd our bill, we cancelled and was been continued to be charged for the services. I have recieved many comments from the company that "I was mis-informed" and that I am resposible. We are still being charged for this service and now have no reception. I just want all my $ back for their false advertising and misinformation and headache they have given me for blaming me for their mishaps.
It definetly is not fair to us consumers. I was willing to bite my tounge and let this go but for them to turn off my $18 cable for something they misinformed me about, why should I pay for it. Their other comment was all people make mistakes. "But tell me why should I have to pay for their mistake"
How many other are being treated this way. I do know that the guy that came and picked up the cable box informed me that we had been picking up boxes from consumers due to false promotions. I am sorry but I will not continue to sit here and "GET RIPPED OFF"
