I worked for Michael Scott Fussell twice in 2005 and 2006 and was quickly promoted to a Sr. Lead Rep and Trainer. It was my impression that this was a National Tax Law Firm as I got the job at the Ga Dept Of Labor. On 12/7 after calling and setting appointents a Business Owner called back and told me that the company I work for is not a National Tax Law Firm and that Michael Scott Fussell is not a National Tax Attorney. He cancelled the appointment after a few choice words and challenged me to call the State Bar of Georgia to verify. After I verified this with the State Bar of Georgia
I told my manager and he shrugged his shoulders and mumbled. Looking like the cat that swollered the canary looking guilty and cheap.
I resigned because I could not work for a company that was suspect of misrepresenting and accused of being a Fake Law Firm by the Business Owner who threaten to call the Attorney General.in good faith I could not make another call or train anyone else I resigned and turned in a letter of resignation stating exactly what I am saying here.
After quiting for good work related reasons and turning in a written resignation I was never given a honorable reference and blocked from benefits while I looked for honorable employment. Finally things was reversed and Attorney Michael Scott Fussell wrote a damaging letter so damaging I cannot believe he had the nerve to write that he was not Licensed in Georgia and had not intentions of being licensed in Georgia. The words jump off the page. The tine was very harsh for a Attorney. He was always known as a Attorney. His stationary stated Attorney At Law. And we all had to address him as a Attorney.
