Where do I begin?
#1. Qwest added a bunch of extra features to my bill that I didn't order. I called them to have them removed, they never did. This took WAY too much of my time.
#2. They told me all I needed for DSL was their company then signed me up with MSN too which was an unexpected extra $30 a month.
The DSL worked great at first, and it was a good offer but they should have told the truth in the beginning. I suspect the person I spoke to thought he was telling the truth, I don't know for sure.
#3. They told me my DSL & phone had been cancelled and would be shut off in 3 days. I didn't cancel it. The DSL didn't work because they turned it off early, even before the 3 days were up!
I called them up and just cancelled everything except for the phone line because I couldn't deal with their incompetence any longer and I was tired of calling them and explaining over and over and over what I wanted and that I had not cancelled my services.
