Monthly charges to my credit card. Tried to contact to cancel and just recieved a busy signal when transferred to customer service Ripoff

I am charged monthly for this service and don't even know how I got signed up for it. I tried contacting them to cancel and when transferred to customer service I just got a busy signal. I don't want this charge to continue on my card and don't know how to get it off
