Fraudulent debt collection

I received a "Request For Payment" from North Shore Agency claiming they were trying to collect a dept for Men's Health Magazine. The notice indicated that I owed $26.97 for a magazine subscription, that I was sent issues of the magazine, and that Men's Health Magazine claimed to have sent me a number of letters on the matter. I did not have a subscription to Men's Health Magazine, I did not receive any issues, and I did not receive a single letter.
