Sean austin scum, scam artist, forgers, fraud, ripoff, warning, beware

Well I guess like all the other reports on World Wide, I was taken also. The scenario is pretty much the same, with one exception which I will explain.
I am a senior citizen trying to supplement my social security. I fell for the National Opportunities scam which then escalates World Wide Marketing. Not long after i bought in to the web site I get a call from a Sean Austin at World Wide Marketing, told me the advantage of marketing thru them, there experience etc. Etc. I did not get hit that bad with Sean for 12,000 targeted visitors and the rest of the BS it would cost me $1875.00 he sent me the paper work and like a fool I signed and returned to them. Now comes the real scam, and danger. The next day I get a call from a Mike Philips the line goes like this. He is top marketing executive with World Wide (he sure is tops but don't know what) and I have been selected to participate in a new program which he will be my mentor. Told him at the time I was not interested has I had already bought marketing services from World Wide with Sean and that I was leaving the country for about a month. (Ops should have never said that.) Tell me he will sent me the program great deal etc. Etc. Etc. And only cost $10,000. Well I did not have $10,000 he says ok put it on your credit card, I said no, credit card is tapped out. You should really think about this I will sent you the information, sign the documents and we well get started. Well the next day I leave the country, and you guessed it they charged my credit card. (Unauthorize)
When I get back from my trip my neighbor had signed for package from World Wide, I check my credit card and sure enough there it is $10,000 charge. Call credit card (Discover) they put it under review. World Wide sents Discover a forged document that I signed the agreement and Discover buys it and puts the charge back on my account. I sent Discover the original from Sean that I signed and the forged document, which any fool can see are not the same signature. Unfortunately Discover does not want to bother with it and tells me case been closed, has there was no new information..
Ok so I sit $10,000 in the whole, I now have an attorney working on this, but without the credit card company coperation I do not think I will ever see my money. I blame myself yes, for falling for this from the start, however I also blame the credit card company for not helping me resolve the issue. Discover keeps taking about identaty theft and have all kinds of protection programs, will I belong to that also and after what happened to me I also got ripped off by Discover.
